Hello, i've been using photoshop for a while and i've got a big problem with 3D, everytime i try turning a layer into a 3D layer it gives me this error

and after seeing it, i went to the preference and performance tab and found that 'Use Graphics Processor' is turned on as you can see here \/

Please help me this has bugged me for months and I can't find a solution
