My Photoshop CS3 is suddenly refusing to launch; it gives me an error message of "Windows has detected a problem" and closes the program before it fully engages. I've attempted to uninstall and reinstall, and I've gotten the serial code sorted out, but Photoshop won't launch far enough for me to enter the code.
I don't know what to do, and I've been informed that there is no "Phone or chat" support for an older product like mine.
Help? what do I need to do to fix this?
I have Windows 7 Home Edition.
