tabular lining in open type?

Is there any way to set characters to "tabular lining" in open type or other way in Photoshop? I commonly control my numeral characters in Illustrator with the Open Type palette, setting numerals to "tabular lining" so they will align vertically with each other, versus the default oldstyle numerals that come with many fonts.

 

Here is visual example : First row being "tabular lining" :

As you see, this is available in Illustrator, as shown :

But I'm not seeing this in Photoshop. I'm working with the typeface Adobe Calson Pro, in small caps... but the numbers look awkward. Any advice? Thanks in advance!
