Problem with plugin on 32 bits (execute application error)

I have 2 plugin one for 64 bit and one for 32 bit from the same company. The 64 bits works perfect but the 32 bits give me always the same error execute application "" error 0. Does anyone now what this means and how can i get rid of this error.
