okay so i have a toshiba referbished laptop brand new!! i just got it yesterday and im trying to download photoshop cc and ive already downloaded and updated creative cloud and the app photoshop cc but everytime i click on it it sends me to your download photoshop cc page and when i click download it sends me back to my creative cloud photoshop cc app?? how do i open it help!!
