I just bought a canon 7d and shot a few raws for testing. I then opened the images directly from the camera memory card with cs6. Right after i closed the 1st image and pressed the open file shortcut i noticed that it took me to a location within a folder called Temporary Internet Files (C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\HXT3K87O) I don't even have internet explorer 5 installed! (running windows 7).
When i tried to access the same location through explorer i couldn't find the folder (Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\HXT3K87O) i tried with command prompt but still doesn't exist!. But from within photoshop i could still see the folder and i could see that the RAW file i just closed is there! I tried and opened another RAW file and again the file is copied there. I then restarted cs6 and opened another RAW file and then closed it and pressed the open file short-cut but this time it took me to another location (C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Temp\WPDNSE\{51900000-0000-0000-0000-0 00000000000\)! and the RAW file that I juse closed was there!! This folde,(WPDNSE), however, is accessible.
What the hell is going on!?
