Photoshop CC no longer working properly after 3 days.

I downloaded Photoshop CC through my Creative Cloud subscription on the 17th and it worked fine the first couple of days, but today it does not.

 

When I launch Photoshop CC, the program opens, then a white message box opens as if it is going to give me some sort of warning, but it remains blank and the spinning wheel just spins endlessly... and nothing can be done in the program; can't even "Quit" the program.

 

My only option is to "option-command-esc" on my Macbook Pro and choose "Force Quit" for the Nonresponding Photoshop CC. Nothing has changed since I initially installed CC, this error just occured today and it now occurs 100% of the time. Pretty serious bug for something I am paying for...

 

Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.
