Upon reloading Elements 9, got Configuration Error 213:5 Problem with licensing. Program worked before. Had to reload Computer operating system recently and needed to reload Elements program after that.

Is there option "opacity last action"?
Is there in Photoshop option whick allow us to change OPACITY OF ADDED EFFECT?
We do our effect on objects but after that we want to have only 50% visibility of this added effect. Is any way to do this? What option is for that?

photoshop 13 why are my imported photos next to each other with no space between them as in other version
I just got the new photoshop 13. I started to import photos and each picture buts up to each other. there is no info under it and when I edit it there is no expand button next to the picture to expand the version set. How do I change this?

I'm tired of this crap! I've been trying for 2 days to download Photoshop Elements without success. I've been trying to contact Adobe for several hours, again without success. There is absolutely no customer service. I've been pushed around and around in circles with absolutely no contact. My credit card has been charged for the purchase and I have nothing to show for it. If someone from Adobe doesn't contact me within 24 hours. I will contact my State Attorney General after posting my complaint on FaceBook and suggesting that anyone wanting photo editing software look elsewhere. I will also post this to every community listed until I get a response

Whenever I try to use a tool the screen I'm working on starts flashing
I started using Photoshop for my class assignment. Well when I open the file and begin to start working on it, the page starts to flash as I'm clicking and dragging a tool. I tried uninstalling and re-installing it, but it still does it. It's extremely aggravating because I have to try and see what I'm doing while it keeps flashing. How can I fix this?!

Program Error- cannot open file? Please help! I lost my whole project!
When I try to open an animation psd file, I keep getting a box that says my request could not be completed due to a program error. The file is 23.7 MB and I am using a PC.... I at least need to get the file open so i can export the animation.

Epson 3800 Custom page sizes using yosemite
I upgraded to Mac OS yosemite a few weeks ago and PS CS5 crashes when I open the custom page size dialog. I've reinstall PS and made sure my driver was the latest version. Reinstalled the driver as well. This appears to be a PS problem because I can use this printer in other apps to create a custom page size. At least the problem the interaction between Mac OS 10.10, Photoshop and the driver. Any ideas? Is this a known problem?

I can't properly sync my settings
I just did a fresh install on my computer. Before the install, I synced all my brushes, swatches, and other item onto my cloud sync. When I reinstalled Photoshop, I allowed Photoshop full access through my firewall and signed in to download my settings. However, i cannot download my settings. it just says 0 bytes when trying to download and nothing will download.
Here are some of the things I did
- I have adobe Photoshop cc 2014
- I did a full clean of my PC and wiped all items
- I checked my cloud sync to make sure that the settings synced
- when the clean install was finished, I reinstalled windows and gave full access through the windows advanced firewall settings

I'm trying to download Photoshop CS5.5 Extended to reinstall on my desktop, windows 8.1. It downloads in two parts. Part one ask me which app I want to open the file with. I have no idea what this is about. Part 2 of the download tells me that a file is missing and they must be together in order to move forth. What the heck do I do?

Camera Raw plug-in not recognizing file format.
My partner and I recently purchased new cameras, Canon D6 & Mark III. When I uploaded the new pictures from these cameras, the files didn't load. When I tried to open them in raw I received the error message seen below. Went to the link and was unable to find the appropriate update. Please assist when possible. I currently use CS5.1 & Windows.
